R+R Announces Two New Colleagues

Richner + Richner is proud to announce that Patrick Naswell and Kate Harris have joined the firm as Consulting Analysts. Both bring outstanding experience, fresh perspectives, and a deep passion for the non-profit sector.

Patrick Naswell
Patrick has nearly twenty-five years’ experience in higher education and non-profit administration including fundraising. Prior to joining Richner + Richner, he was the Manager and Grant Writer of the Hurley Foundation, supporting the work of Hurley Medical Center. During his tenure at Hurley, he quadrupled the annual funds received in its grant program. Patrick has served the non-profit sector in a variety of leadership positions, and has also volunteered with a number of civic organizations as board member and advisor.

Kate Harris
Kate Harris has over ten years of fundraising and non-profit experience as a development professional, program director, fundraising consultant, community volunteer, and board member. Most recently, she served as Regional Philanthropy Officer for the National Wildlife Federation’s Great Lakes Regional Center. Her professional experience includes major gifts, annual fund development, stewardship, grant writing, events management, non-profit leadership, and communications.
